It never ceases to amaze me how things can always get worse. With all of the hardships we have to bear in this life, sometimes it's all too easy to believe it's not worth it. Remember that there are many right by your side who are just waiting to help, don't choose to go through it alone. As long as I'm able to move it and shake it, I'll take comfort in the words of my girl Mary J. Blige:
