I can see now, from this side of my glass wall. It's back, after all. Indeed it took quite some time to piece all of those shards back together. And I've finally figured out how to keep the glass clean, that's important. No more smeared blood from where my trembling hands kept faltering with your cruel edges. You'd be surprised at how much it's all like a predictable, after-school special. And I must confess, I am mystified by my indifference, a gaping void of habitual concern. Really, I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
