Last night Ry and I saw Kevin Smith (and Jason Mewes!) speak in Westbury. He is famous for getting on stage and doing Q&A about his movies, characters, experiences, life for hours on end. And we weren't disappointed in the least - he spoke for 3.5 hours! And surprisingly, there was no re-hashed material from his "Evening With" days. He did a great bit on how much he misses George Carlin and what an influence he was in his career, and also a bit on just how difficult Bruce Willis was while he was directing "Cop Out". We had great seats and I'm so happy we went:
